Hi and welcome to the Bome community! Yes, you only need to install it once. Then in the Applications Folder, you should be able to duplicate the executable and give it a new name. Each name will use a different settings file so that they do not overlaps. The setting files for Mac are shown [here.](https://forum.bome.com/t/bome-software-settings-files/4172) You may need to also set it up with “Only allow once instance” turned of. You can go to the help menu in Bome MIDI Translator Pro or press F1. Licenses are managed by computer not user.
