Here is where I found the documentation.

It just calls out the byte number and the bits in their content and how they are used.
All other bytes after the 03 (for panel dump) are possible parameters to adjust.
The way I did it is load it into a spreadsheet to figure out which bytes I’m working with.
Here is a link to the spreadsheet in Google Spreadsheets (read only but you can make a copy for yourself).
Again, I wasn’t sure if it was accurate because the dump you sent me had less bytes than the documentation. After all of the data bytes you add F7 to close the SysEx message.
