Is it possible to change fonts in Midi Translator?

I can't tell the difference between lower case l and 1 in Midi Translator. Is there a way to change fonts? I'm on Windows 8.

Not within Bome MT but you may be able to do so in Windows itself, or at least make them larger. Check the accessibility features of Windows.
