Is it possible to edit several translators at once. As in selecting several lines at once and setting them all to capture the same windows app, as opposed to selecting one line at a time?

No, just one at a time. I usually create 1 translator, then duplicate it then in the duplicate copy make the parameter change I want to make. Most of the time there is at least 1 change with each translator.
You can also select multiple then duplicate and edit them. For instance you can create 1 then duplicate, then select both and duplicate to get 4, then select 4 and duplicate to get 8 etc.
