request: search box on log window

Could we please have a search box / serach next on the log window to find strings?

 

AND/OR could we have a filtering textbox to filter in specific strings?

either would improve this situation a lot:
"I generally select all, copy from the log window and then paste into a text editor and then do a text search to find the rules, actions or variables I'm interested in."

I agree that this would be a nice feature. I've actually extended what I said earlier and have embedded a unix grep tool within my editor. If you use Edit Plus I can send you the extension via email.

Yep, but it is easier once you get it into the editor.
