I found my coding error and things work perfectly now. However I would still like to see more that explains Timer functionality.

Maybe it is best to start with page 56 of the Bome MIDI Translator Pro user manual. You can get to it by using the help menu withing Bome MIDI Translator Pro or pressing F1.

After review that, feel free to ask questions.
