It might be a side effect of other MIDI software and/or hardware running or installed on the system. Have you tried closing any other MIDI software and unplugging any devices before trying to start MT Pro?

He never came back to us, and unfortunately, we also never asked back. So I am not sure if he ever resolved it. I’ll ask now. Let’s hope he has found out something!
