Activating License on iPad

Hi Steve,

I’ve just a Network Pro license but can’t seem to select “Restore previous purchase” tab to activate my license on my iPad.

The top right corner shows a loading tab but then disappears.

Any tips on how I can get this working?

When you bought your Bome Network Pro license, did you buy it for computer and iPad? The licenses are different. If you buy for computer it only works with other computers but not iOS device. When you purchase for iOS, it will only communicate with other iOS devices. If you need to communicate between iOS and computer, you need to have both licenses. This is not how we like it but this was the only way that Apple would allow purchases for iPad. This is why we created a 2 license pack for iOS.

If you purchased already for iPad, then the license is linked to your Apple ID, so it will only work under that Apple ID.
