Hi, on your program change message, the incoming note has to have a velocity greater than 0 otherwise it counts s a note-off and will not trigger.

Steve, everything is working.
My bad. Should have read more carefully.
Midi device section only offers available MIDI devices to route through. (When enabled they appear on channel outputs).
Because the computer is new, the old MIDI driver on the channel was unrecognizable and it chose no output.
That’s it…
