No idea. If you want me to help you, you need to provide the necessary requirements and not just say make it sound like this video.
You can indeed make individual notes on different channels but when to sound and release the note on a given channel is important as well as what to do with the note when it was on a different channel and becomes the highest/lowest note or vis versa.
Here is a highest note example that I found with a simple forum search. Again you can search on the forum in you need more examples. I can provide examples as well but for free support, we do not provide full solutions.
