App issue after switching computers

We transferred our lighting computer to a different one and for some reason the software won’t launch do you know what the problem could be?

I’m assuming you are talking about Bome Network Pro. How many computer licenses are you currently running? Bome Network Pro allows for up to 5 total.

Are you also running iOS applications (iPad or iPhone)? If so how many?

Hi Steve thanks I actually was able to fix that issue. I just wiped the computer and I can now see the window for the Bome Network Pro. But I have a new issue, I am trying to get this to work with Jans vista now. We had it set up before and its working on our old computer but not our new one. Maybe the in and outs are messed up?
