I have Bome Network 1.60. I will check on the auto-start function, but every time I go back to check it is set to off. Also, the program will not auto-start because of this. I have opened, closed, re-booted, but it makes no difference. Auto-Start will not stay on.
Hi, make sure that you have not disabled it in Windows Task Manager.
This will make it autostart but it will only show on start if it was opened when you shut down the computer. Otherwise, you will need to click the right mouse button in the Window tray and select ‘show’.
If you are on Mac, it would be at the System tray at the top.

I am on Mac Ventura 13.7.4. I can manually load Bose Network and it will be in the system tray. However, when I open up the gear icon and check off Auto Start and then leave that menu area and go back, auto start is un checked. So the slider button will not stay ON for auto start. I slide it to ON, tab and enter and then go back to main Bome Network. I will even reboot my computer. Close Bome Network, reopen and try and try again but the auto start switch will NOT stay on and therefore the program will not auto start when the computer starts which is something I would really like to have in place.
Hi,
We have not seen this before. What version of Bome Network are you running?
Did you check Privacy and Security Settings under System Settings and then Accessibility and add Bome Network there?

I am using 1.60. Yes, I have gone into the security area and everything looks good. I have installed, deleted, and reinstalled all setup files, and it’s the same thing. I have two Macbook laptops with the same OS versions and the problem exists on both of them. I am at a loss for why this is happening.
