Bome on Raspberry pi

Hi All
I am wanting to SUPER simplify my live setup and have all the midi gesturing work that I have done moved into eg PI zero, and fit that into my helix pedal board, essentially upgrading it to have proper gesturing etc similar to the mc8.

Ie feed the helix>midiout>pi>helix in

Are there any pathways?

Hi, Bome Network Pro has a version that runs on Raspberry PI. I’m just not sure if it runs on the PI zero. Its binary is for 32 bit only.

Hi Steve
Hope you are well…has been a while
Doesnt that mean I would need a bome box then as well?

For Bome Network (Free) you need a BomeBox. For Bome Network Pro (not free) you can communicate from computer to computer without a BomeBox.

Of course you would need MIDI ports on your RPI messages from and to. And perhaps other software if you need to do any level of translation. Bome MIDI Translator Pro does not run on RPI or Linux so you may need some sort of python script or such.
