This has gotta be simple, but I just can’t recall how this works …
I run Bome MIDI Translator (BMT) on a PC for development of .bmtp files. The PC is connected by an IP network to a BomeBox (BB) that has old versions of my .bmtp loaded on it. The BB also (I gather) enables me to connect to the hardware in my ‘Rig’ via Bome Network (BN), gives me the [BomeBox: HW-Unit] virtual MIDI ports, and lets me do development over the network.
I’m running into a situation where it seems that the BB is competing with BMT. Both seem to be responding to MIDI input.
How do I stop the BB from responding to MIDI (but still let it service BN)??
Running the project both on BomeBox and in Bome MIDI Translator Pro is not recommended. Please see this recent video tutorial that discusses the development process for projects running on BomeBox.
