Does anyone have or know of a preset to allow Launch Control XL to control Luna Daw?

If you are talking about the Luna DAW, I see that it supports Mackie MCU so indeed this can be done. I would recommend searching the forum for “Launch Control XL to MCU” and see what you come up with.
