Is het possible to control the volume of separate programs in W10 using Bome MT (PRO) with a midi controller?
Not without a helper application like AutoHotKey. I don't think the Windows SndVol.exe accepts Windows injected events. You can, however control the master volume of windows by using the Windows standard shortcuts for Vol+ and Vol-.
You might want to check the AutoHotkey Community for a possible helper application.
