Devices dont show in BMTP connected to Bomebox

Hi,
I’m a recent owner of a bomebox
I got a few devices connected to it with USB Hub
I access to the bomebox with wifi router
I can see every devices in the webconfig page
MIDI routing is set to automatic

My issue : In BMTP I only see the bomebox in the midi ports in and out. Cant see any other device name
Midi messages from any connected device show in the BMTP log window though, but with ‘bomebox’ header regardless which device shoots the midi message

What did I miss ?

Hi and welcome to the Bome community!

To see your ports on your BomeBox individually from your computer, you need to use ‘Remote Direct MIDI’

See this tutorial.

With the tutorial, we are connecting to a remote computer over Bome Network Pro, however it works the same when connecting to a remote BomeBox (Pro version is not required for BomeBox to computer).
