The APC-MINI faders (it has no knobs) already sends CC messages.
CC 0x30 (48 decimal) through CC 0x37 (55 decimal). So my guess is you may just want to translate them to different CC’s.

Hi, the below example should provide what you need.
Here I take the incoming CC 48 on MIDI CH 1 (first fader on APC-MINI), and translate it to CC58 on MIDI CH 5.
I set up my aliases as below but you may need to re-assign them to your needs. You can use the MIDI Menu → Edit Project Port Aliases to do this.
