How Do I Run 2 Instances Of BMTP?

I have four large projects. The majority of these projects are identical. Can I run those identical aspects in one instance of BMTP and run the others parts in another instance? And how do I actually launch BMTP twice?

In settings, uncheck 'Only allow one instance (recommended)

You can then launch Bome MIDI Translator Pro in the normal way and select a different project file in each instance.
