Hi,
We will check into why you got “cut-off”. This is a new forum tool for us so maybe there is a setting we can change. I suspect is a setting in attempt to reduce SPAM.

As far as the messages, the numbers are the numbers whether hex or decimal. SysEX always sends hex. If it is inconsistent then the SysEx mess you provide may have dependencies on other settings. I could not find the spec in the Fantom manual so maybe you can check with Roland if there are other settings that affect the consistency of this message.
