How to use computer keyboard to send cc# ?

Can I use my computer kb to the input of bome pro to send CC message'?

Input message – Keystroke. Pick whatever key you want ( I chose D in the below example)

Outgoing message – Set up desired channel CC# and value (I set up channel 0 CC 60 value 0x3c in the example below.

I set the output to go to Bome MIDI translator virtual 1 output port.
