I want to buy bmt, can I set a fixed velocity to note input by pressing a pad on my arturia keyboard?

Hello, I am not a customer yet.

I have an arturia 61 keylab essential, I don’t use the 8 drum pads. I want to assign to each pad a preset that act as an input transformer to set all notes that I play on the keyboard to a fixed velocity value ?
And being able to switch trought those presets by pressing my arturia pads ?

edit : I downloaded the trial, and setup my first translator to set a fixed velocity to 18, but it doesn’t work

Preset 0: Fixed Vel 18

Translator 0.0: Fixed Vel. 18
Options: swallow
Incoming: Note On on any channel set “oo” to ch. with any note and “pp” to note with any velocity
Outgoing: Note On on ch.“oo” with note:pp and velocity:18 (0x12)

edit 2 : I found how to enable disable presets with my keyboard pads. I just need to fix the fixed velocity presets now

Found the solution : I forgot to do the proper midi routing inside bome. On top of that I use a keylab essential from arturia which split the keybed+mackie and the midi controller section of the keyboard into 2 distinct midi ports, which added a layer of complexity

All working fine now !
