iConnectivity mioXL Din outputs 9, 10, 11 and 12 not appearing in Midi Translator Pro

I have a iConnectivity mioXL. It has 8 sets of midi DIN in/outs and also Din outputs 9, 10, 11 and 12. Those 4 out ports are not appearing in Midi Translator Pro.
I also don’t see the 10 usb ports on the mioXL.
Is there a way to make them visible in Midi Translator Pro?

Hi ,

How are you connecting your mioXL to your computer? I assume via it’s USB device port of the mioXL to the computer host port. It is entirely up to the device internal workings how mioXL exposes ports to the host operating system (which MT Pro and any other MIDI enabled applications) will see.
Have you opened any other applications and tested what MIDI ports they see. If they see all mioXL ports but Bome MIDI Translator does not, feel free to come back to us. Otherwise, you might want to pose your question to iConnectivty. You might need to reconfigure your mioXL using their Auracle software.
