Do you guys have any experience with this device?
Has anyone noticed it stops other peripherals from working or making MIDI devices not get seen by windows when plugged in?
Would it stop enough power being drawn to an audio interface, making it buggy?
Hi,
I have no experience with this kind of thing. Most of my audio noise problems have to do with ground loops and AC hum (60hz) in which I use an audio filter for any of my analog audio inputs to eliminate the hum. For digital audio, noise is usually generated by the computer’s inability to keep up with the audio stream, so usually requires some computer performance tweaking like increased buffer size etc.

Ok. What audio filter do you use?
I have the cheapest monitor speakers humanly possible. The ifi itself is the same cost for both.
Have the noise floor hum but also can hear the mouse moving and computer processing.
The ifi description said something about tightening up MIDI jitter too, but I’m not so sure about that.
I will look at where my cords are plugged in too. But I doubt that it will get much better with these speakers.
Here is what I have but as I say it is just to get rid of the 60hz hum and nothing like what you are dealing with.
