input on channel 4 only send to virtual port any channel. ignore all other channels . How ?

Hi and welcome to the Bome Community!
The attached should do what you want. There is one source and two destinations.
One of the destinations is the filtered destination only allowing for MIDI CH 4 messages, controlled by translators. “Target App Filter”.
I set up the default preset inputs and outputs as follows. All translators in this preset are controlled by this routing.
The other destination lets everything through and uses the MIDI Thru static route set up in the MT Pro router. “Other App-Unfiltered”
You will need to point your aliases to the appropriate device using the MIDI Menu → Edit Project port aliases which I set up for testing as follows.
