License key problems

Hello, My license key isn’t working. Ive copy and pasted it several times from both the receipt email and my Bome account page. what am I doing wrong?

The most common issue with this type of problem is that either the user name or the license key is not entered exactly as originally set up. If you log on to bome.com and then Products, you should see your registered license. Simply select the license name (without quotes) and paste it into the license name field of the Bome Product. Then do the same with the license key. The license key will not have quotes.
Don’t select the text ‘License Name:’ or ‘License Key:’

In your case, I suspect you didn’t enter the user name correctly. There are corner cases where the user name has special characters that cause problems. If you believe this may be the problem, please use our contact form and we should be able to help you there.
