MAC Bome MIDI Translator Pro don't work

I setting all perfect as the tutorial -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mhun2ZAMFSk then i have the feedback working well on the console the keyboard is output but nothing happens when i jump to a program nothing happens... please help!

Hi, if your target window is focused and active, it should work, however, you may need to add Bome MIDI Translator to your accessibility settings on your Mac.
