Is BOME MIDI Translator Pro Big Sur compatible?

I don't believe it has been yet tested with Big Sur.  I'll see if I can load it on my MacBook Pro after upgrading to Big Sur and let you know.

I will try to test it as well. I don't want to update until check my most important software is working and Bone Midi Translator Pro is a key part!

I've done some basic tests and everything seems to work OK. If you want to be safe, maybe wait a bit more in case any issues turn up. I would be more concerned about various Daws which might have more dependencies with the OS.
