Is there a way to switch between presets by holding down the last note on the midi keyboard and simultaneously pressing one of the first notes on the midi keyboard? And at the same time, so that the same notes continue to play their note, only when pressed simultaneously do they work for switching?

I suppose, but how would you know when you press the last key whether it is a modifier to make a preset switch or whether you wanted to play the note? There would need to be some signal to say, “this note is a preset switch” or 'play this note. Otherwise you could just make the note for preset switch only.
Maybe pressing the last two keys and the first two keys as the chances of to notes 1/2 of a tone apart on the top or bottom of the keyboard would be rare.
