This is a feature request.

As an alternative to translators I would recommend a MIDI script language for processing. As a programmer, I really have a hard time to code translators with this limited set of instructions and with 2-character names for variables. What do you think?

Thanks for your suggestion! Yes, a scripting language is already being considered for a future release but I’m afraid I can’t provide any timelines on this.
