Midi Translator on Linux

Good Evening,

I am planning to change my OS and Switch to Linux. And it would be Beautiful to have my beloved Translator with me. Is it possible to get Bome Translator running on a Linux ?

Greetings Martin

Hi,

No but we are planning on releasing a runtime that will run a Bome Project file on Linux. Like BomeBox you would create the project on Mac or PC and then load the completed project into a runtime on Linux or RPI that will be an extension of the project as an addon to Bome Network.

Hi Steve,

It is great news for me that you are planning on releasing a runtime for Linux. Do you have any idea when something will be released?

Consider me a volunteer for any testing you need on raspberry Pi or general Ubuntu Linux.

Thanks

Trevor

OK, we don’t have a release date yet, but will keep you in mind.

The purchase page for the add-on is here:
