The requirements for Midi Translator Pro here are:

  • the operating system is either Windows 7/8/10, or macOS 10.7-11.0 (Catalina and Big Sur compatible)

Is Midi Translator Pro a Monterey compatible app?

Hi, we have not completely tested with Monterey but we have found users that have downloaded and used it and it works fine. To be sure, please first download and test the free trial version before you buy.

I haven’t gone to Monterey because I think some of my other apps are not yet compatible.

I’m still in Mojave because some apps I use were not compatible with newer OS.

But now I need to update OS, and I am thinking about installing Big Sur or Monterey.

MIDI Translator is one of the apps I need, so that’s the reason of my question.

I would appreciate if somebody can confirm that Midi Translator Pro works fine or not in Monterey… :slightly_smiling_face:

We’ve tested in-house with Monterey and have not yet discovered any issues. I’ve been running Big Sur on my MacBook Pro since it was released with no troubles.

Just to update this thread, let me say I am running BMTP on Monterey, and everything seems to work fine.
If I find any bug or issue, I will report it.

Thanks, great to hear! I assume that MT Pro is also used by many other customers on Monterey, and we have not received a bug report yet which indicates a problem with Monterey.
