Missing Bomebox serial number sticker

I don’t have a serial number sticker. Is there any other way the serial number can be found?

Hi, the only way to get your serial number is either the

  1. The sticker
  2. Bome web site (if you registered your BomeBox serial number)
  3. Logging in to your BomeBox (if you know the password).

If you can’t log in because you don’t know the password, you cannot do a password reset.

However if you saved a USB thumb drive with the serial number on it, you should be able to do a password reset from there and then look at the file name on your thumb drive which would include the serial number which is also the default password.

If you registered your BomeBox on your Bome web site, then you should be able to log in and get the serial number you registered for your BomeBox from there. You can then create a password reset file and put it on a thumb drive and insert it into the BomeBox and then use the serial number as a password after reset.

If non-of these are viable solutions, then your BomeBox will need to be replace. Reach out to use via the contact form.
