Multiple Outputs with AKAI APC40 MKII

Hello

First of all, I love the Classic Translator and thank you for the work put into this great tool.

I have AKAI APC40 MKII and I have managed to use it to control my OBS app, however the colors on the APC are mostly off. I thought I could program them to my liking and was thinking if it is possible to have 2 outputs at the same time somehow? One output (none) would control the keyboard hotkeys that i use to work with OBS (eg. midi button 1 → Num1, where Num1 switches to a scene in OBS) and the other output (APC40 MKII) would indicate what colours the buttons need to change to.

Thank you for your help and cheers

Hi and welcome to the Bome community!

I’m glad you are enjoying MIDI Translator Classic.

In order to control multiple devices or applications, you would need Bome MIDI Translator Pro instead of Classic as you can direct traffic to and from individual MIDI ports. It also has virtual MIDI ports available which are most commonly used to control applications where devices generally use physical ports.

You can download a trial copy of Bome MIDI Translator Pro here.

It is fully functional but times out every 20 minutes.
