Removing duplicate in relative complement knob

Hello, I have a knob sending either 127 clockwise or 1 anti clockwise

But each physical turn send a pair of duplicate message (127,127 or 1,1) is there an elegant way to supress duplicate messages ?

The sensitivity in my daw is doubled because of that

Hi,
Could you share your project file and also show me in the log window what is happening? Check these boxes

  • Incoming
  • MIDI IN
  • Outgoing
  • MIDI OUT

Also make sure that for incoming MIDI selection, that you do not have duplicate ports set otherwise the incoming message may be registered twice.
