Rest Files

Hello, I installed Bome demo to test and I tried with music plug-ins faders.
I uninstalled Bome with its uninstaller.
I have a plug-in that blocks but I don’t know if it’s linked to a Bome file that would have remained on my computer.
Is it possible that there is still an active order with Bome uninstalled?
And what are the files or folders to delete and where to find them under W10.

Thanks very much,

Thierry

Hi and welcome to the Bome community!

There are no files that would affect operation once Bome MIDI Translator is installed.
If there are any files still there they would be in %APPDATA%\Bome.

Or of course any location where you would have created a project file (which couldn’t be used if MT Pro is not installed.

because impossible to delete them.
or i don’t know how, it ask autorisation, (i am the administrator)

Thank you

Hi, the same is true for Classic.

There are other OEM vendors that incorporate Bome MIDI Drivers in their products. This is probably what you are seeing here.

If you could clarify what application you are using, what plugin and more detail on what is not working, I might be able to help more.

it was Midi translator classic on this same website.
i have réinstalled the pro trial this morning, reset all and de-install.
but the problem is the same, a plug in crash vienna ensemble pro when i move a button on a reverb plug in.
the problem is that i think have tested this button with cc1 modulation wheel and Midi translator classic and pro.
i have removed the Bome data files and i have send a mail to the reverb conceptor to explain this, perhaps the problem is on the reverb side …

Thank you

Is it only with the reverb plug-in or other plugins as well?

Is the plug-in part of Vienna Ensemle Pro?

just this reverb but it is a new product, it is possible to change some paramètre

No ot is not a VEP part.

That you,

Regards,

Thierry

I don’t think I’ve every seen a MIDI driver crash a VST Plugin.
