Run and control a powerpoint with midi commands

Hallo Steve,
ich habe jetzt alle Dokus gelesen und finde keinen Lösungsansatz:
ich möchte zu jedem Song eine Powerpoint Seite mit dem Titel des Songs u.ä. aufrufen. Die PP läuft auf einem PC im Bome Netzwerk.

Folgende Fragen:
wie steuere ich das Device “PC” im Bome Translator. Ich kann hier bei den Outgoing Actions “Application Focus” keine Möglichkeit finden den PC als Output Device anzusprechen. Wie muss hier vorgegangen werden.

Idealerweise, würde ich gerne die gesamte PP über Notenbefehle steuern, da dies einfach in meinen Midifile einzubauen, analog zur Steuerung meines Lichtpults.

Über ein paar Tips, wie so etwas zu lösen ist, wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Ideally, I would like to control the entire PP via note commands, as this is easy to add to my midi file, analogous to controlling my lighting desk.

I would be very grateful for a few tips on how to solve this.

Hi,

I assume you are trying to do this from BomeBox and BomeBox cannot focus an application remotely. Instead you will need to send MIDI to your PC and then on your PC have MT Pro running with a project to convert the MIDI message to Application Focus on your PC.

If running on PC, you would typically have two translators

1. Application Focus with no delay
2. Keystroke sequence with short delay (to give the PC time to finish application focus.
