Stream deck via usb to bomebox not work

Excuse me, I connected my Stream Deck to the BomeBox via USB, but I don’t see the Stream Deck in Bome Network. Is this connection correct? Or does the Stream Deck not support direct connection to the BomeBox?

No, for USB, BomeBox will recognize:

  • A MIDI Device
  • A serial Adapter
  • A Qwerty Keyboard (if attached via a USB Hub
