Sysex or control of the mvave mk-300 guitar pedalboard

Sysex or control of the Mvave MK-300 guitar pedalboard
I want to control the MK-300 pedalboard via USB MIDI from an external app, but the full PC/CC MIDI map hasn"t been published.
I can see all the Sysex traffic from their software to the pedalboard.
How can I convert that Sysex to CC/PC?

I"ve already managed to turn all the modules on/off, but I can"t change presets or adjust the knob parameters.

Hi and welcome to the Bome community!

Many vendors do not publish their SysEx specifications so in general, you need to look at the messages the controller sends when you move a control and capture the MIDI message in the log window of Bome MIDI Translator Pro.
Sometimes from doing that, and annotating what each message does you can figure it out, but not always.

If the software is meant to program the pedalboard instead of perform a given, function, it is even more difficult.

I suggest that you give it a try with maybe a simple message and post your finding (including the log) here and maybe I can advise further as an example. I wouldn’t do this for every control as free support but maybe an example would help you do other messages if I figure out one.

Thanks Steve, actually I think I"d only need two sysex commands to replace the cc/pc commands, and I can see what your M-Effects software sends in sysex, but I"m very new to MIDI and I think it"s going to be difficult for me since I"m not a programmer, I"m a guitarist.
Do you think I could capture it with MIDI Translator or Bone Send FX?

Yes, probably with the trial version of Bome MIDI Translator Pro with it being in the middle between your controller and software.

You can download a trial copy of Bome MIDI Translator Pro here.
