whenever i let go of a key on my keyboard it still does the same outputs, so it outputs once when I press the key down and once when I let go, how do I fix that?

Do you have any translators? Normally when you press a key down it a MIDI controller (keyboard) will send a note-on message. When you let go of the key, it will send a note-off message. I would like to know what you are intending to do on the output. Perhaps you can explain and also post your project file?
