Well the only way we might be able to help is to plug them into a different computer or BomeBox and then connect them together using Bome Network. Then the port name for each may be exposed differently but this is kind of a crap shoot and you would need more hardware (either another computer or a BomeBox). If the device has a MIDI DIN port, perhaps you could hook that up to a DIN to USB interface and it would be reported to the OS as a different device name.
