I purchased a Bome Box recently and ordered Bome Network Pro (25 devices) and Unlimited named midi through the iOS app store. I also recently bought a computer and when trying to setup Bome Network Pro it says that I do not have a license. I tried to find the license key using my iphone and ipad but can’t find it. In the Bome Network app under Settings > Licenses it shows both. What do I need to do to get it working on my computer?

Thank you, @SteveC, the issue was resolved. For anyone else reading this, the problem is the way that the Apple app store handles in-app upgrades. It doesn’t send the verification information that Bome needs.
Perhaps having a license code generated that displays in the app once an in-app purchase is made could work? I’m not familiar with iOS programming so this may or may not be a viable option.
