Using Translator to remap certain Program Change to a different Program

I’m new to BOME Translator.

What syntax is used to remap an incoming MIDI Program Change number to another Program Change number on the same MIDI channel?

For Example, PGM, Change MIDI PGM 004 to MIDI PGM 090
