Hi, Steve
Thank you for the guidance. I purchased the CME C2 MIDI Pro. I followed the instructions, but the BomeBox is not recognizing the WolfMix. Any ideas?

So you should have the end of the USB C port hooked into a C to A adapter and then connected to your Wolfmix USB host port . Then the MIDI DIN out of the adapter to the MIDI DIN IN of BomeBox and MIDI DIN IN of the the adapter to the MIDI DIN OUT of the BomeBox.
Hopefully the WolfMix USB host port interface is MIDI USB compliant. If not, you may need to talk to them about this but reading online it looks like it should work.
The CME should be in interface mode. You may need to talk to them to figure out how to get it working. You might need to install their uXtools and set it up with software for this. I’m not sure what the default mode of the interface is when it ships.
Then on the BomeBox, the WolfMix would be shown as simply MIDI IN IN and MIDI DIN OUT. You would then use the BomeBox MIDI routing page to direct the MIDI signals from each to where you want to route it. In this case to the APC mini MK2.

Bome Customer Care
Hi, Steve
Your guidance was spot-on! I am able to see the WolfMix and map the ports. The commands are not changing settings on the WolfMix (even when I bypass the Bome and go direct) so I will contact WolfMix for help.
Thanks!
Max
Well a step in the right direction at least!

Bome Customer Care
Hi, Steve. Another big step in the right direction!
I discovered that the firmware of the WolfMix needed to be updated to the beta version. I was able to get it to follow commands directly (bypass the BomeBox). I am not able to get it to pass the commands through the BomeBox. I can see the command arriving to the translator but not going out. I confirmed that it is open.
So, my translator … I cloned what you helped me with to pass commands to the sample pad and adjusted for channel 2 … apparently I didn’t succeed on that operation. Would you please look at my attached work and advise?
Thank you
Max

Voila! Never mind my request, Steve. The translator was fine, I had missed the step to establish the route in the router. I appreciate all your help and your patience with me. You have taught me so much!
