If anyone out there has an X-touch MINI and was disappointed that their Mackie emulation knobs do not control faders, I have set up a Bome Project that allows this. It even allows you to switch between Mackie ad Layer Modes with double tap of some controller buttons. You can also use the knobs as V-Ports by double tap.
The project exposes two Bome virtual ports (one for Mackie use and one for Layer use), so essentially it looks to your application like 2 separately operable controllers. All buttons and encoder values are saved so that it remembers them and updates LED rings and buttons as you switch mode.
Since I put in a lot of time on it, I will be charging for it if interested but at a reasonable price. If interested reach out to me via email as I will not be posting this project on the forum.

Hi the ATEM switcher does not recognize MIDI, however you can send it keystrokes or mouse clicks my using Bome MIDI Translator Pro. There is a free trial version available for testing. The trial version times out every 20 minutes.
