Hi, Having similar problem and the b stock unit I just bought from Thomann.de. Got an error message saying already registered. Is there a way of resetting through web app after I set up new passwords as I cant access it anymore lol learning curve ahead I presume.

Please use the Contact form to transfer ownership to you. Please provide the serial number of your BomeBox and that should be enough for us to figure out where it came from.
