The attached are slightly modified versions of what Allen & Heath posts on their web site.
If you need HUI emulation, you might want to modify them for your needs. Pro-tools pretty much exclusively uses HUI for their control surfaces. The main thing you would need to do is modify the incoming messages from your controller and outgoing messages to your controller, but leave the Pro-tools (HUI) side of the translators in tact.
