Virtual port preventing Windows shutdown

Win10, up to date. BMTP likewise. Virtual ports distributing an APC Mini to 2 programs.

When I shut down, I get message that Bome virtual ports are preventing shutdown. Generally it will shut down eventually. What am I missing?

Hi,
I cannot produce the situation. Are you running MT Pro 1.9.0 build 1022?

Maybe try re-installing. Typically a running application will give this type of error message but not a Bome Virtual Port.

I was on the previous build of 1.9.0. Updated to 1022 and will keep an eye on it. Didn’t happen every time.

And yes, you were correct. Actual error is “APC mini 2021-09-13 virtual ports.bmtp - Bome MIDI Translator Pro This app is preventing shutdown.”

OK, let me know if it happens again and if so, please post the project file that you were running at the timer.
